Contact form: add group fields based on values
I need a dynamic form that changes according to the number of employees that will attend the course. I should create a "Field Group" (with all the fields needed for each employee) that repeats the same number of times as the number of enrollments.
I've been looking for different plugins to create dynamic forms and manage course registrations, but I haven't found a specific option to add as many field groups as given values. Any recommendations for a plugin that fits the content description?
