No payment options or personal information

Hi all, I am trying to set up a restaurant ordering system and am having trouble. I need customers to order their items and then submit them (currently sent to an email address) but there is no payment option or personal information as this is for pickup only. Is there a shopping cart plugin I can use that anyone can help with?
