Please install WooCommerce and try again!

Sad me. 2 months ago (sth. or sb) else 42

I created my site in localhost/wordpress/wp-admin/. Yesterday I uninstalled the Woocommerce plugin and now when I try to access it, I get the message "Please install WooCommerce and try again" (without showing any information about my site).

Do you know what I can do to solve this problem? I don't know how to reinstall the plugin if I can't access the WordPress panel.
