Error when installing a theme or plugin
I have just installed wordpress and am getting errors when adding new themes or plugins. Although the site is working fine, whenever I try to add a new theme or a new plugin, it shows an error, ie:
"An unexpected error has occurred. There may be a problem with the configuration of WordPress.org or this server. If you continue to experience problems, please try the support forums. "
Please try to fix this error, I am unable to add new themes to my local site. Also, it shows in the site health information:
"Your site cannot access WordPress.org on 198.143.164.251 and returns the error: cURL error 28: 10003 milliseconds after parsing timeout"
