Incorrect version of wordpress-develop phpunit
Running WAMP 3.3.1 (64-bit) and PHP 8.2.5 - I have WordPress/wordpress-develop installed and setup. The build process is working fine.
The problem I've been having is that Composer installs the wrong version of phpunit. composer install I get phpunit 4.8.36.
I tried running composer update but no change.
I tried going through composer clear-cache and clearing my composer cache composer install -no-cache but still 4.8.36.
I have tried a complete reinstallation of WordPress/wordpress-develop, but the problem persists.
Any ideas, suggestions or explanations are welcome.
