When featuring an image, the full-size image will be linked

Just a quick aside When selecting a featured image for a post, the full size image will be linked.

When a cover or image block is inserted into a post or template and set to use the featured image, the full-size image will be used. This will happen even if the actual view of the image is much smaller.

For the image block, there is another option to select the image size, so the user must know that his site is not necessary to load full-size images and will only show them small, and use this option to change this.

The form cover block does not have an option to select an image size. The full image size is used every time.

This is a huge waste of website resources. The first rule of using images is to reduce their pixel resolution to match the actual size that should be displayed.

The user interface should warn the user about this and help them easily notice the difference between the physical and display image sizes and fix it.
