How to change the hover text on a shopping cart

I would like to change the hover text on the basket and view icons. As you can see, the airplane icon has replaced the basket icon. I need to show the hover label text as ticket icon. Also, view details after hovering over the search icon. What to do. I just need to add filter code in custom CSS or function.php file.
