Astra theme using Gutenberg editor

Globally disable deprecation notifications in the error.log file

I'm currently testing a number of sites upgrading from PHP 7.4 to 8.4, and while most of the plugins are ready and working fine, there are still a large number of plugins that generate a large number of deprecated errors in the log files.
