Better Docs Creates Knowledge Base

I'm trying to create a knowledge base for my website. My question is: Does Better Docs support compatibility with custom themes? Is there a simple setting or code I can tweak if I want to make the appearance of the knowledge base more compatible with my existing custom theme design?
