Force all comments to be moderated

By default, authors can add theOwn postPost a comment or reply to a comment on the site without being moderated. This is supposedly because the author is considered a trusted user within the site.

My question is: Is there any way or filter to force all comments (whether author or visitor) to require admin review? 😃😃😃😃
