My site encounters 404 errors multiple times a day

My site encounters 404 errors multiple times a day.

After I tried re-saving the fixed links, the site works fine for a while, but then I get a 404 error later. The .htaccess file keeps changing on its own and I can't seem to find a solution.

Here are the details:

WordPress 6.7.1

All plugins have been updated

PHP version: 8.0

No fatal errors in log files

What needs to be done to address perfection?
