Improve website speed/score

I'm using Elementor to build my site and thinking about getting rid of him, the site is a bit slow and could use a boost in speed, performance and SEO. all I care about is the Google Page Speed score. Saw someone suggest ACF and said it was the best in WordPress and ran the fastest.

But I'd like to know if ACF can help me significantly improve my Google Page Speed score, or if there are other more suitable alternatives.
