Can the template be used permanently?

I have a question about monthly subscriptions to platforms for WordPress templates such as Envato Elements or TemplateMonster. My plan is to subscribe for a month, download the templates I need, install them on multiple domains, and then cancel the subscription.

Is it possible to continue using and editing these templates after canceling without any issues? Thanks for sharing your advice or experience.
