Shopify Migration to WordPress

I want to move from Shopify thousand to WordPress. i have heard that there are paid software that can migrate all the data of customers, orders, newsletter members, etc. to woocommerce/Wordpress, and that's what i want to do, but i know where to start to build the WordPress page. What do I need to know before proceeding?

I want to use a simple theme to display products and checkout functionality how do I start doing this? What is the name of that plugin/software that does the migration?
