The element of the popup window is set to blank

When I edit any page element in the WPBakery page editor, the element in the popup window is set to blank and there is nothing in it.

1. Clear your browser cache and try to access the backend in privacy/trace-free mode.
2. Switching to the default WordPress theme (e.g. Twenty Twenty-Three) for testing reveals that the problem persists.
