Anyone else having compatibility issues with WordPress 6.7?

Upgraded to Wordpress 6.7 the other day on a couple of my sites and ran into a few bugs in the dashboard, most notably messy formatting/spacing in the custom dashboard. I've tried switching themes (I'm mostly using the Astra theme), but nothing fixes the problem. I've determined that this isn't a compatibility issue related to any of my existing plugins, the bug seems to be coming from the wordpress update itself.

Also my custom CSS is not working.

Is anyone else having problems upgrading to 6.7?
