However, just like any other page builder, Elementor also adds some custom styles and scripts, which may make your website load slower. 1. Enable Elementor for pages only
WordPress allows you to create two content types by default: posts and pages. If you use a plugin like WooCommerce, there's also the additional content type of products. From the above screenshot, you can see that Elementor provides two options for "CSS Printing Method". One is "External File" and the other is "Internal Embedding". Also, these add-ons add extra CSS/JS and HTTP requests that can slow down your site. If you really like Elementor, it is recommended to upgrade to the Pro version, which provides a lot of element and template libraries for your needs. This way, you won't have to make extra use of third-party plugins that may slow down your site.
