How to install:

1. Install and activate the "Template Kit Import" plugin in the WordPress backend under Plugins > Add New Plugin.
2. Do not unzip the file.
3. Go to Elements > Installed Template Packs and click the Upload Template Pack button.
4. Before importing the template, make sure to click on the "Install Requirements" button to activate the required plugins.
5. For best results, import one template at a time.

How to import Metform templates:

1. Import Metform.
2. Import the template containing the form and click "View Template" to load it into the builder.
3. Right-click on the page to open the Metform widget.
4. Click on "New", keep the "Blank" option selected, and then click on the "Edit Form" button.
5. Click on the Add Template gray folder icon.
6. Click on the My Templates tab.
7. Select the Metform template you imported and click "Insert".
8. Once the template is loaded, click "Update".

Set the global header and footer in ElementsKit:

1. Import header and footer templates.
2. Go to ElementsKit > Header and Footer, select the header and click "Add".
3. Give it a title, keep "Entire Site" checked and toggle activation on.
4. Click on the template title and edit the content.
5. Click the gray folder icon, select the header template you want to import and click Update.
6. Repeat for the bottom.
