Hells Bells Fonts: Decorative Fonts Inspired by 1970s Poster Designs
Hells Bells is a decorative typeface inspired by 1970s poster designs, blending classic elements of Art Nouveau and Art Deco with a modern twist featuring psychedelic bends and shimmering colors, reflecting an era of avant-garde rock, funk music, and bell-bottoms.

When designing the Hells Bells font, I sought to align it with this aesthetic, utilizing advanced OpenType features to create an auto-interlocking letter system and decorative alternative glyphs perfect for the most creative music festival posters.
While you can use Hells Bells like a standard font, the beauty of the font really shines through only when you activate the OpenType feature, commonly known as standard ligatures or stylized alternates. When you type a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters (e.g. R and o), you'll see the letters automatically combine into interlocking versions, giving the design a unique look. In addition, the font offers a full list of alternate alphabets (avoiding the repetition of "oo" and "ee") and includes a decorative floral glyph set, combining to create a versatile typeface with a truly customizable feel. Try it out by activating the OpenType option with your software, commonly supported software includes Photoshop, Illustrator and Word.
