Refunds and currency
If a currency exchange payment is to be refunded, the amount deducted from the balance will be in accordance with theConversion back to current rateCustomer's currency. Due to changes in exchange rates over time, the amount deducted may be more or less than the original payment.
The basic principle is that regardless of exchange rate fluctuations between the time of the transaction and the time of the refund, the customer always receives the exact amount and currency of their payment.
For example, ifDeposit CurrencyIn euros, when the exchange rate is 0.88 euros to the dollar and an order of 60 dollars is received, the amount converted is 52.80 euros (excluding fees). If the exchange rate at the time of the refund was 0.86 euros to the dollar, the amount deducted from the balance would only be 51.60 euros.
