As always, any plugin requires the UserFeedback plugin to be installed and activated first, and the steps are relatively simple.

Next, let's move on to editing. In this example, we've changed the "Website Feedback"The label was changed to "Do you have any feedback?".

Then, you need to click on "Type of problem" drop-down menu to select how the visitor will answer this question. In this example, we select the "Single text field".

In "set up" tab, you can activate form views and response tracking using Google Analytics and MonsterInsights. Simply switch to the "Enable Google Analytics Tracking" to use this feature.

Then, scroll down the tab to configure the target.

In "localization" section, which allows you to select the device type and the web page on which the questionnaire will be displayed.

Device type options include computer, tablet, and phone. If you want the form to display on all of these devices, you can select all three.

Then, you can select all the pages on which you want to display the floating form. We recommend selecting "All Pages"option, which makes it easy for visitors to access the form from anywhere on the site.

  • Display time: Select how long the form will be displayed on the page.
  • Display Length: Defines how often the table form is displayed to visitors.
