UserFeedbackis a WordPress plugin to create customized feedback forms, floating contact forms and pop-up surveys. This plugin comes with built-in templates and questions, including website experience and eCommerce store survey forms.

We also use UserFeedback on our website and it's pretty good as far as our experience with it so far. If you guys need functionality in this area, this is a plugin to consider.

By using UserFeedback, you can improve your website based on actual user input, increase customer satisfaction and solve problems in a timely manner.

As always, any plugin requires the UserFeedback plugin to be installed and activated first, and the steps are relatively simple.

After activating UserFeedback on your website, you can start creating your first survey. From the WordPress dashboard, navigate toUserFeedback " Surveys " NewThe

After completing this step, it will go to "Settings"Part.

With UserFeedback, you can use the "scratch" option to start with a blank page, or you can use a pre-made template. In this guide, we will use the "Website Feedback"Template. 

To select a template, simply click on it.

Attention:While there is a free version of UserFeedback available, this plugin has to be upgraded to its Pro version in order to unlock more templates, more question types, enable targeting and behavioral settings, and more. In this tutorial, we're using UserFeedback Pro.

Next, let's move on to editing. In this example, we've changed the "Website Feedback"The label was changed to "Do you have any feedback?".

Then, you need to click on "Type of problem" drop-down menu to select how the visitor will answer this question. In this example, we select the "Single text field".

After that, the question can be changed to "Name"The

Now, another question field for entering the user's email address is needed.

You can scroll down a bit and click "Add a question" button. Once this is done, proceed to set the question type and title, following the same steps as in the previous step.

The next step is to configure the form settings.

In "set up" tab, you can activate form views and response tracking using Google Analytics and MonsterInsights. Simply switch to the "Enable Google Analytics Tracking" to use this feature.

Then, scroll down the tab to configure the target.

In "localization" section, which allows you to select the device type and the web page on which the questionnaire will be displayed.

Device type options include computer, tablet, and phone. If you want the form to display on all of these devices, you can select all three.

Then, you can select all the pages on which you want to display the floating form. We recommend selecting "All Pages"option, which makes it easy for visitors to access the form from anywhere on the site.

Once that's done, let's scroll down and configure the form. Here, the settings can be set:

• Display time: Select how long the form will be displayed on the page.
• Display Length: Defines how often the table form is displayed to visitors.
• Survey runtime: Specifies the length of time the form will be displayed on the specified page.

Ready to move on to the next step.

In "notifications" tab, enter the e-mail address to receive form submission notifications. Multiple recipients can be added, butcomma-delimitedPer recipient.

Finally, take some time to check your form one last time before finalizing it.

In "post"At the top of the tab, you will see "Summary of website feedback". You can look at each point individually to see if the form is configured correctly.

If it's okay, scroll to "Posted."Part.
