With this tutorial, you will learn how to quickly import starter templates after installing Astra theme and adjust them to your needs. Let's get started!

Steps: Website Backend→Appearance→Starter Templates

We need a template plug-in, usually installed with the theme, but if not then go to the plug-in search, install and enter, we will get such an interface, the following chart

If you're just a showcase site, but don't want to go through the process manually, go through the ai build on the left

But if you are an e-commerce site it is recommended that you use manual editing because ai has a lot of uncertainty, we choose to go into the right side

You can search for your category to make minimal changes, or you can select the appropriate category in the upper left-hand side

Before choosing the right template, please note that there are several editors in the upper right corner.
The first is the default editor for wordpress (Gutenberg)

The second is the Elementor editor, although the Astra theme is generally felt to be the most with the Elementor editor, but it may cause the theme too much pressure, this later we are talking about the

Third Beaver Builder (Beaver Editor): this one is not evaluated, it's less used, but it seems to be an enhancement of the default Gutenberg editor

The fourth ai editor, which comes with the theme, is not recommended

When selecting a module there will be a yellow label in the upper right corner of the template, this requires Astra Pro to use it

We open a template, two e-commerce plug-ins will appear on the left, if you use that you choose that, but the most used or WooCommerce, so choose according to the actual situation!

Click Next

As shown above, there will appear to replace the logo image, and the overall site fonts, and site colors, you can choose the default, you can also import the completion of the theme to modify!

Behind will appear to install the plug-in, generally do not need to install, because it must be installed will be prompted, we continue into the next step!

The next step appears to let you fill in your name, so that it can collect information about you, and improve them, as well as the website you make for yourself or your company,, this is optional, you can just skip it!

As shown above, then wait for the import to complete and you're done!
You can click View or Exit and go to the front end of the site to see if the import is working and if there are any pages missing
