When they were editing a post, they couldn't see anything they were editing. This is because the text in the post editor is white. What's more, all the visual editor buttons are missing and it's not possible to switch from Visual to HTML. generally this is not very common, and since I just happened to come across it; feel free to put out a tutorial on it! Rookie Notes:If looking for hidden buttons that you may have seen in screenshots on other sites, you must click on the Kitchen sink icon to see other options such as underlining, copying from word, etc.

Clear Browser Cache

After our experience, clearing the browser cache can solve this problem. The first thing to do when you have a problem with missing buttons or white text in the visual editor is to clear your browser cache or use a different browser. It is possible that the problem is with the computer.

Replacing TinyMCE Scripts

If this issue happened after you updated your site, it's possible that something went wrong during the update process. Use the newWordPress installer replaces the /wp-includes/js/tinymce/ folder.

Repair with wp-config
