Product reviews are an important tool to help consumers make purchasing decisions and promote a trusting relationship with merchants when shopping online. With WooCommerce, customers can easily rate and leave reviews for the products they buy, while merchants can easily manage these reviews and respond to the voice of the customer in a timely manner. As a result, both parties are better able to interact and build stronger connections.

Enable product reviews
Follow the steps below to enable comments for WooCommerce:
- Go from WordPress DashboardWooCommerce > SettingsThe

- Scroll down to"Comment."section and check the"Enabling product reviews"Checkbox.
- Options related to reviews and ratings can also be selected:
- Display "Verified Owner" label on customer reviews: Whether to flag reviews from verified customers. Verified customers are customers who have purchased products from your store.
- Only "verified owners" can leave comments.: Only verified customers are allowed to post comments.
- Enable review star ratings -Enable the star rating review option for reviews.
- Star ratings should be required, not optional: Make star ratings mandatory for reviews.

Once product reviews are activated, a review form will be displayed on the storefront where customers can add their reviews and star ratings (if enabled).
View and manage product reviews
When posting a new comment, it will show up in theWooCommerce > Homecap (a poem)Products > Reviewsdown on the dashboard.
